Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, we have a minimum booking time of 4 hours per visit. This helps ensure we can complete the job to a high standard and make the most of our time on-site.

What areas do you cover?

We’re based in Hawke’s Bay and service Napier, Hastings, Havelock North, and surrounding areas. If you’re a little further out, feel free to ask—we may still be able to help.

Are you insured and health & safety compliant?

Yes, we’re fully insured and SiteWise NZ accredited. Health and safety are a top priority for us, both for your peace of mind and our team’s well-being.

Do you take away green waste?

Yes, we can take care of all green waste removal unless you’d prefer to keep it for composting. We’ll discuss this with you as part of the job.

Will you use photos of my property?

We may ask to use photos of your garden for our website or social media, but only with your permission. You’ll be shown the photos first and can approve them before anything is shared.
